Fashion Travel What I Wore Wednesday

#WIWWednesdays Street Style (and a really cool mural)

Hey y’all!

Happy Wednesday! I’m excited about today’s post because I get to feature my favorite kind of styles: casual and street. As I have mentioned many times, I am a huge fan of graphic tees and keeping it caj (cas?? cash?? casj?? if you know the correct abbreviation please let me know ASAP, it’s for science). Check out some favorites from this week’s round up of IG!

HAVING FUN.

Raise your hand if you love fun!

Now raise your hand if you love Fun.! Fun. was one of my all-time favorite bands in college and I snagged this tee from their concert in 2013. Not only was the concert AMAZING, but this tee is so incredibly soft (and very well loved by me). Some of my favorite pieces are like this one: unique and filled with memories! I have a lot of cool graphic tees from some of my favorite stores and boutiques (re: roll with it sushi shirt from Target) but the best shirts are from concerts, places I’ve visited, events, Drew’s side of the closet, etc.

I wore this casual outfit to small group last week, and it was a comfy outfit for this weird fall/summer/fallmer weather we’ve been having here in NC. You can’t go wrong with a great tee, distressed denim (like these), and cute mules (like these) for a solid transition outfit!

STREET STYLE

I went back to Atlanta last weekend and needed some solid pieces to mix and match (because I was too lazy to check my bag). I found this camo tee on SUPER sale at Abercrombie and Fitch and paired it with shorts for the day to stay cool and comfortable (tee is sold out but here is a similar style). Also, I’m always cold so I usually try to bring a jacket/sweater/parka with me everywhere- this duster from Vestique was a great piece that looked super cute (sweater is from last year, but here is a similar style). I even got compliments just wearing it around my waist!

We had a dinner that night so I swapped the shorts for jeans and boots for peep-toe booties and it was literally the easiest outfit change of my life. I am now convinced that I can pack for the whole weekend in just a carry on, and my travels will never be the same.
