Fashion Home What I Wore Wednesday

#WIWWednesdays Denim 4 Dayz

Hey y’all!

I can’t believe it’s already Wednesday. And also October. What is even happening?? It will be Christmas before we know it! I should probably start shopping now instead of starting December 23rd.

This week I’m bringing some good fall staples for your wardrobe. Check them out and let me know which is your favorite in the comments below!

As I mentioned on my IG, my denim goal is to someday reach 2001 Justin and Britney levels of denim on denim on denim. I’ve already shared some of my favorite denim, but this vest is a fall staple. Sometimes I’ll look in the mirror at an outfit and I just think “I’m missing something.” Nine out of ten times this vest is that thing. It’s the perfect addition to a casual weekend outfit- here I paired with a white Zsupply tee and embroidered jeans, but you could also throw on over a sweater dress with boots! It’s so versatile because it looks casual, but not distressed.

This vest is from Target two years ago, but I found a very similar (almost identical) one on SALE at Abercrombie & Fitch.

Here’s something different- let’s talk about this picture! I bought this floor mat from Kirkland’s 3 months ago (while we were out looking for end tables, as that’s how furniture shopping goes). It’s so FREAKING adorable and I literally couldn’t resist. I did, however, wait to buy more fall decorations until Michaels had a massive sale two weeks ago and I bought a bazillion pumpkins like these. I have big plans for these pumpkins- they’re smooth, very realistic, and lightweight foam pumpkins. You can carve them, paint them, or MONOGRAM THEM (guess what I’m planning to do).

I’m so excited for all of our new fall decorations! I’m going to do a full post on all of our decorations soon, including our monogram pumpkins and DIY wreath!

Do you want to see more decor/lifestyle/etc things on these Wednesday posts, or should I just stick to fashion? Let me know!
